FAQ

How do I join a team?

Ask your coach for an invite link or a team code. Open the link on your phone (it can open ClubGM if installed), or open ClubGM and enter the code when you join a team. You will need an account first (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email).

I am not getting notifications

In ClubGM, open the team → Settings and check notification preferences. Also check your phone Settings → ClubGM → Notifications and make sure they are allowed. Reminders for games and practices need notification permission.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: My Teams → Account → Delete Account. You can also follow the steps on our delete account page, or email support@clubgm.app from the address on your account.

How do I report a message or block someone?

In team chat or a direct message / group thread, long-press the message, then choose Report or Block. Reports go to the team’s coaches/admins and ClubGM. Blocked people are hidden for you only; unblock anytime in Settings → Blocked people.

Is ClubGM free?

Yes. ClubGM is free and has no ads.
